The 11^th Tiatr ‘B’ Group Competition of Kala Academy will be held from 19^th February to 5^th March 2026 at Dinanath Mangeshkar Kala Mandir, Panaji daily at 7.00 pm with the participation of 06 Tiatr groups.

The first show of the Tiatr “Chorak Dubav Charnneacho” will be presented by G.F. Production, Navelim-Salcete on 19^th February 2026 at 7.00 p.m, after the inauguration of the competition.

On 20^th February 2026 Tiatr “O Goynkara, Anik Kitlo Kall Tum Goynkar? will be presented by Machi Mogi-Santa-Cruz.

On 2^nd March 2026, Konkani Kala Kendr, Merces will stage their Tiatr “Welcome  To London”.

On 3^rd March 2026 tiatr “Khuim Paule Tum Cynthia?” will be presented by  Britona Dramatic Academy, Britona.

On 4^th March 2026, Tiatr “Sogle Tujem” will be presented by Fr. Agnelo Sports And Cultural Club, Chandor.

The concluding show, Tiatr “ Ek Istor -Tuji Ani Mhoji” will be staged by Aamar P. Sawanth Fan Clun, Margao on  5^th March 2026.

Tickets of Rs.100/- and also season passes of Rs. 600/- will be available at the ticket counter of Kala Academy.

Kala Academy has appealed to all Tiatr lovers to note the above schedule and witness the performances by attending in large number to make the competition a success.

The 50^th State Art Exhibition of Kala Academy in the Artist Category will be held between 20^th to 24^th February 2026 at the Art Gallery, Kala Academy Goa.

Entry forms along with the rules and regulations are available free of charge at the reception counter of Kala Academy’s Office, Campal, Panaji during office hours on all working days as well as on the Official website of Kala Academy i.e  www.kalaacademygoa.co.in

The entries along with the exhibits will be accepted on 16^th & 17^th February 2026 between 10:00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. and 2.00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. in the Art Gallery, Kala Academy Goa.

Entries after due date, time and incomplete entries will not be accepted. Kala Academy has appealed to all the interested Goan Artists to submit their entries along with the exhibits within the stipulated period.

Kala Academy Goa has invited entries for 51st Tiatr Competition in ‘A’ Group. The eligible institutions for the 51st Tiatr‘A’ Group Competition 2025-26 namely:

The last date for submission of entries in the prescribed format so as to reach Kala Academy is latest by 27th January 2026 before 4.00 p.m.
The competition will be held in the month of March 2026 at Dinanath Mangeshkar Kala Mandir, Panaji, Goa. Copy of rules and regulations along with entry forms will be available in the Programme & Development Section of Kala Academy, Campal, Panaji-Goa, during office hours w.e.f 22nd January 2026. The entries will be accepted from 10.00 a.m to 1.00 p.m and from 2.00 p.m to 4.00 p.m excluding holidays. The participating institutions will have to compulsorily attach registration/renewal certificate as the case may be, along with the entry form as required under rules of Societies Registration Act, Sub Section (2) of Section 3 B of the Act 1860 (Central Act, 21 of 1860). All the above institutions may, therefore, take note of the same to avoid last minute inconvenience for submission of their entries.

The duly filled in entry forms along with the cash remittance of entry fee of Rs. 500/- and security deposit of Rs. 5,000/- will be accepted latest by 4.00 p.m. till the stipulated last date for receipt of entries. Only those institutions withdrawing within the stipulated 5 days will be eligible for refund of their Security Deposit. The draw to decide sequence of performance by lots will be taken on 27th January 2026 at 5.00 p.m. at the Meeting Room, Kala Academy ,Campal, Panaji.

Kala Academy reserves the right to accept or reject the entries of any institutions for the competition provided they are not befitting in the rules and regulations of the competition.

All the participating institutions in Tiatr ‘A’ Group to take note and accordingly submit their entry forms latest by 27th January 2026 by 4.00 p.m.
