The Kala Academy Goa invites applications from music loving candidates for enrolment in Classical Guitar, Pianoforte, Electronic Keyboard, Cello, Violin and Solo Singing in the Department of Western Music.

The minimum age limit for the beginners to get admission is 7 years (as on 31^st December 2021) and the maximum age limit is 12 years.  The interested candidates can collect the Prospectus from the cash counter at the office of Kala Academy Goa from 29^th Nov. to 17^th Dec., 2021, on working days (Monday to Friday) between 10.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m & 2.00 p.m and 4.00 p.m. The last date for submitting the applications, duly filled in, along with the copy of the birth certificate is 17^th Dec., 2021 by 5.00 p.m.  No applications will be received after the stipulated date and time i.e. 17^th Dec., 2021 after 5.00 p.m.  The students will be admitted purely on availability of seats.

Requirement for the post of Programme Executive at Kala Academy

The prize distribution function of  46^th Tiatr ‘A’ Group Competition & 6^th Tiatr ‘B’ Group Competition (2020-21) organized by Kala Academy will be held on Saturday,  the 23^rd October 2021  at 4.00 p.m at the Institute Menezes Braganza (Main Auditorium) at Panaji-Goa.

Shri. Govind Gaude, Hon’ble Minister for Art & Culture, Govt of Goa and Chairman of Kala Academy will grace the function as the Chief Guest and give away the prizes.

Kala Academy has appealed to all the prize winners, participating groups of both Tiatr ‘A’ & ‘B’ category Competition to attend the aforesaid prize distribution function.
