Press Note of 48th State Art Exhibition Artist Category 2023-24

The 48th State Art Exhibition of Kala Academy in the Artist Category will be held at the Art Gallery, Sanskruti Bhavan, Directorate of Art and Culture, Patto-Panaji. The entries along with the exhibits will be accepted on 21st and 22nd February 2024 between 10:00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. and 2.00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. in the Art Gallery, Sanskruti Bhavan, Directorate of Art and Culture, Patto-Panaji. The date of Entry forms and exhibition will be informed at later stage, well in advance.

Kala Academy has appealed to all the interested Goan Artists to take note of this and keep the art works ready for Exhibition.

Press Note Reg… Inviting Entries for 48th Konkani Drama Competition 2023-24

Entries of exhibits are invited from State Lalit Kala Akademy, U.P across India for the 18th All India Photography Art Exhibition 2023. The date of submission of Photograph & Entry Fees is from 4th December 2023 to 4th January 2024.

Kala Academy Goa in joint collaboration with Institute Menezes Braganza, Panaji is organising Indian Classical Music & Instrumental concert on the occasion of Goa Liberation Day on Tuesday, 19^th December 2023 at 4.00 p.m at Institute Menezes Braganza, Mini Hall, Panaji. The programme will be consisting of Classical Music & Instrumental Concerts.

The programme will commence with the Vocal recital by Smt. Samradni Aeer accompanied by Shri. Charudatta Gawas on Harmonium whereas Tabla accompaniment will provided Shri. Dayanidhesh Kossambe which will be followed by Harmonium Solo by Shri. Subhash Fatarpekar, Shri. Geetesh Mandrekar will  be the Tabla accompanist for this concert.

After that, the Tabla Solo Concert will be performed by Shri. Premanand Amonkar for this recital  the Nagma Accompaniment will be provided by Shri. Charudatta Gawas.

The programme will conclude with Indian Classical Vocal Recital  by Shri. Sachin Teli accompanied by Shri. Shubham Naik on Harmonium and Shri. Suraj Morajkar  on Tabla.

The programme is open to all. Kala Academy appeals Indian Classical Music lovers to attend the programme in large numbers.
